So what’s the deal with these new items? These are locally sourced, organic, stoned milled flours from The Ferm Brinery & Bakehouse in Albuquerque, NM. First off, we have an Organic Tamaya Blue Corn Flour, which is sourced locally from Santa Ana Pueblo and adds an amazingly subtle corn flavor and vibrant blue color to any baked goods. Secondly, we have an Organic Rye Flour, and who doesn’t love a good rye? This is 100% organic rye flour at its best.

100% of the sales from these products go to this small producer.
